How Lezza Foods reached page one across the EU in under two months
- Page 1 rankings within under 2 months — several keywords reaching position 1
- 200+ products across bakery, dessert, ready meals & retail lines, made searchable for the first time
- Supplying 20+ countries and 20+ private-label brands — with zero EU web presence before

200+ products, 13+ years of production — and no EU web presence
Lezza Foods BV is a European manufacturer of premium Mediterranean and Anatolian food products — baklava, künefe, börek, simit, pide, lahmacun, Maraş-style ice cream, and more. With production roots going back to 2013 and a European operation launched in 2018, they supply retail and wholesale clients across 20+ countries and support private label production for over 20 brands.
Their US operation had an established web presence. Their European business — serving 20+ countries — did not.

Established since 2018 across 20+ countries — but invisible in Europe
- US site (lezzafoods.com) built for the American market — different products, different focus
- No dedicated EU-facing website, no search visibility for European product categories
- Existing clients knew them through direct relationships; new ones searching online couldn't find them
Lezza Foods had been operating in Europe since 2018 — supplying retail and wholesale clients across 20+ countries — but their digital presence told a different story. European buyers landing on their US site found a different range, a different focus, and no clear entry point for EU enquiries.
For the European operation specifically, there was no dedicated presence. No EU-facing website. No search visibility for the products and categories that matter to European retail, HORECA, and wholesale buyers.
A 5-part strategy across 2 channels
Website Development
Designed and built lezzafoods.eu from the ground up — a product-rich, SEO-structured site reflecting the full catalogue across bakery, dessert, ready meals, ice cream, cakes & retail lines.
Technical SEO & On-page
Structured the taxonomy, internal linking, and page content across the large catalogue so Google could crawl, understand, and rank every category and product page from day one.
GEO — Generative Engine Optimization
Structured the site and its external presence so AI platforms could recognize Lezza Foods as an established, credible manufacturer and surface them in supplier recommendations.
Link Building
A targeted set of backlinks from relevant food industry sources — establishing early domain authority for a new site entering a competitive category.
Keyword Strategy
Mapped how European retail and HORECA buyers search for Mediterranean and Anatolian food — by category, product name, and use case — and built content around those terms.
